Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are welcome here.
How do you know what to put in your store? How do you know what is helpful?
As parents, we’ve lived it. In addition, we have great customers who enjoy sharing information and product suggestions with us. So, if there is something you have found to be especially helpful, please let us know!
Can I be assured that your toys are free of toxins and carcinogens?
Yes. As parents ourselves, we are vigilant about this and understand that our customers rely on us – rightly so – to provide them with safe (lead-free, phthalate-free, latex-free, PVC-free, etc.) products for their children. We have always been very picky about the suppliers we choose to do business with, and have been assured that the products we currently order from them have been properly tested and are compliant with all rules, bans, standards, or regulations applicable to the products under the CPSIA or any other act enforceable by the CPSC.
Do you offer age or safety recommendations for your games and playthings?
Many of the products we offer were not originally designed for use with the special needs population, yet seem to be perfect fits and work incredibly well with our kids. If a manufacturer offers age and safety recommendations, it is important to note that modifications need to be made for the developmental age of the user. Our products are intended to be used with qualified adult supervision and just plain old common sense. Autism Resource Network/ AutismShop.com disclaims, and assumes no liability or responsibility for damage, expenses, accidents, or injury to either individuals or property associated with the use of any products sold by us.
I am a professional who would like to direct families and associates to your website. Do you have anything I can pass out to them?
Yes. We would be happy to provide you with colorful, jumbo-sized postcards that highlight our most popular sensory products. Please call us at 952.988.0088 to request as many as you would like.
Can I shop by fax?
Yes. Fax your completed Order Form or Purchase Order to 952.988.0099. It will be transmitted directly to the desk of our Executive Director.
Can I shop by phone?
Yes. Telephone credit card orders may be phoned in to 952.988.0088. If you have questions or need personalized help (which we are really good at) please call during standard business hours (Central Standard Time).
Do you ever have sales?
Yes. Click on the “on sale” link at the top of the page to see what’s on sale right now. Many of our favorite items enjoy sale pricing year-round.
What are your shipping charges?
$4.95 for the 1st item and $.95 for each additional item.
BONUS: When you order sets of an item, you enjoy extra savings because the sets count as only 1 unit, instead of 3. (For example, the shipping charge for 1 Chewy Tube is $4.95, but the shipping charge for a set of 3 Chewy Tubes is also $4.95 instead of $6.85 – which is what it would be if they were ordered individually.) Buy in sets!!

Which carrier do you use?
At the present time, we use USPS (United States Postal Service).
Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes. We are happy to accept Purchase Orders from Schools, Universities, Clinics, Professional Practices, Counties, and Autism Programs and Organizations. They can be submitted 3 different ways:

Terms are net 30 and shipping is 10% ($9.95 minimum). No sales tax is charged to exempt and/or non-Minnesota entities.
|NOTE: While it may not be reflected on an online Purchase Order, no sales tax will be charged. We will process your order manually and make the proper adjustments on a revised invoice (included with your order) that will reflect any changes in sales tax and/or shipping charges.|
Can I get FREE SHIPPING on a Purchase Order?
If your order (over $100) is prepaid with a check or a credit card, the answer is yes!
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, but the process is a little different. International customers need to contact us with a list of the items ($100 minimum) they would like to order, along with their full address. Since international shipping charges are determined by weight and distance, we will pull those items from stock for weighing, and then email a shipping quote back to them. After customer approval is received, we ask for credit card information and then process the order. We ship all international orders via USPS International Priority Mail, which we have found to be the fastest, most reasonably-priced shipping method.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return period. Please call us immediately if anything is damaged or missing. We will correct, replace, or adjust any errors as soon as possible. If any product doesn’t meet with your full approval, we will make it right by exchange, credit, or refund. Please call us for instructions and return authorization.
Will my email, billing, or shipping addresses by sold to any other businesses?
No. All of your contact information is confidential and we will not share, rent, or sell any of it.
What about information privacy?
All information collected on our site is kept strictly confidential.
How do you keep my personal information secure?
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. We do not store your credit card information, and once your order is processed it is deleted from our system.
