Staying on task everyday was already tough before, but all these new restrictions have created a new world of issues and social rules to follow.

So how does an individual with Autism stay on task in a positive manner during these unprecedented times? These 7 tips below should serve as a good starting point.

1) Keep Up With Daily Routines

Don’t just sit there and do nothing. Doing nothing can create negative feelings of self doubt and sense of purpose. Don’t lose sight of who you are, there are always things you can do and scratch important tasks off your plate. As difficult as it can be, especially during isolation and quarantine as an individual with autism, it’s very important to stay on task and not allow this temporary period of time affect you in a negative way. 2) Read Your Favorite Books
